CollegesNest is free for students. This policy covers any optional paid services we may offer in the future.

Free for students
The core CollegesNest platform — browsing colleges and scholarships, saving a shortlist, tracking applications, and using the community — is free, so there is nothing to refund.
Paid or partner services
If we introduce optional paid features or services, any purchase will show its price and terms clearly before you pay. Where a refund applies, you'll be able to request one within 7 days of purchase, provided the service hasn't been substantially used.
How to request a refund
Email team@collegesnest.com with your account email and the details of the purchase. We aim to respond within 3 business days.
